How to get the most from it
Write yours first
Do the task on the blank sheet, timed, before you look at the model. Comparing only helps if you have something to compare.
Compare the plan, not the words
Put your paragraph structure next to the model's before you look at vocabulary. Coherence is scored as its own line on the grid, separately from language.
Take the corrections one kind at a time
Read only the register notes, then only the connectors. Reading end to end blurs them together.
Rewrite once
Redo your own answer applying just the corrections you understood. The second draft is where it sticks.
